GAIE may have the following categories of membership (each, a “Member”):
- Individual Members: No dues; may participate in meetings, programs, and working groups; no voting rights unless expressly granted by the Board for a specific matter.
- GAIE reserves the right to establish a one-time, annual, or lifetime membership fee for individual members.
- GAIE individual members receive a discount to attend the annual AI x Energy Summit

- Corporate Members
- (a) Leadership Circle Members: Annual dues of USD $10,000; limited to ten (10) companies; enhanced participation and strategic voting rights as provided in these Bylaws and Board policies.
- (b) General Corporate Members: Annual dues of USD $5,000; participation and limited voting rights as provided by Board policy.
- (c) Associate Corporate Members: Annual dues of USD $1,500; participation in working groups; no voting rights unless otherwise approved by the Board.
