Board of Directors

The Board is the governing body of GAIE and is responsible for oversight of GAIE’s affairs, including strategy, finances, compliance, and stewardship of mission. Directors shall discharge their duties in good faith, with the care an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise, and in the best interests of GAIE.
